The finals saw the Lynx coming in hot to face the Hackers who have been atop of the league pretty much from the get go.

This was an excellent game and saw the Hackers grab a 3-1 lead after the first.

The Lynx, who have surprised everyone, well me, fought back and they grabbed 3 goals in the second and the Hackers picked up another. 4-4 headed to the 3rd.

The third was pretty darn close. But the Hackers grabbed the lead with a mid period goal. A couple of close penalty calls later, the game was back and forth, until an errant play by a Lynx player from behind the net gave Mayoes Raymond the chance to seal the deal and the Hackers had a 2 goal lead.

The Lynx kept fighting hard and pulled their goalie, but they weren’t able to capitalize on the extra man. 

The final whistle went and the Hackers were crowned the 2025 Season A champs. 

Tyler Winsor grabbed the play off MVP and gets his next season fees as a reward. 

I want to congratulate the Hackers for a great season. I also wanted to take hats off to the Lynx who played awesome and had a super playoff. Well done boys

A quick thanks to Rob T and Matt M for all their help with running things. To everyone who had volunteered to ref, thanks as well.

I am pretty happy with how well everyone kept their composure through the season. This was probably the easiest season to run in many years thanks to people keeping their cool and so on.
