The AdchFhl lifted it's ban on inter-team trading this season, but the effect of that decision has not be realized...until now.
The scenario in question is one that is far too complicated for most readers of the AdcFhl Website to comprehend, so we'll go slow.
First, Sunnydale Slayer draft selection Odin Ortiz has announced his retirement (at least for now). That means that Slayer captain Paul Chui gets the next player on the league's waiting list, Dion Dooley. However, Paul Chui is apparently more interested in Keane Chill third-string goaltender and last season's starting goaltender for the Slayers, Peter Rankin. Also, Dooley is friends with Chill standout Rob Romaine which would make him a perfect fit for the Chill.
Additionally, Chui is rumored to be looking at ADC Lynx forward and former Slayers backup goalie Richard Wannamaker. Wannamaker was not impressed when he heard about the trade winds. "Apparently Bleichert is trying to turf my [expletive] back to the Slayers after I'd worked so hard to get off that team," complained Wannamaker. It may be a win-win situation for Wannamaker however, as the Lynx are currently in first place, and the much improved Slayers dominated their last affair against the Keane Fire.
